APP NOT WORKING PROPERLY

I bought this few years ago and had no problem until recently. It doesnt work they way its supposed to. I deleted it and reinstalled it in an attempt to fix the problem but still its not working. Surah by Surah, ayah by ayah etc arent working. Is there any help I can get considering the price I paid for it??????
